Mini-Monsters, worth it?

So I've never had any of the monster series before. And missed these when they were first released, brushed them off as more of a gimmick than anything.
But now that halloween is approaching, I'm reconsidering that I might want a box of these...(and breaking the self-imposed spending freeze).
From what I've seen/heard - the reviews seem to be positive, and they are look cool, but $75 for a box of 10 is a lot of $$ just for cool factor, IMO.
So my question to you all is --- are they worth it?
Should I pull the trigger?

I sent one to Dan Reyes but haven't tried any either. It's not a bad price for a cool box and decently reviewed smokes. I say go for it Johnny, you only go around once!!0

I've only tried the baby face and mini mum and liked them both very much! At $7.50 a piece I think these are great cigars and they are decent size even though they are called "mini" The originals were just all huge! The gimmick factor is definitely there but it is backed up with some quality smokes imo. At the very least you can always get rid of them for what you paid if you do not care for them.0

But you're right, all the reviews have been favorable, including a couple I found on here.
And I guess it's more of a "sampler" than a box of 10. Suppose it's a good way to try 5 new blends.
If anybody else wants to chime in, please do --- but I'm leaning towards "yes" at this point.

i am waiting for a box right now, so i think yes they are worth it! also does any one know if you can buy them single, for example if i like the mini mum can i order that one by the box or fiver?0

no, unfortunately you cant buy by the single. they are a limited production only. Unless you are able to find someone who is splitting up boxes.0

If you can get them for a decent price I'd say go for it. I like the big ones more actually. For me the face, wolf are my fav's. The mummy could be good too, can't wait for it to start hitting.0

Interesting note on this, I asked my local B&M guy if he was getting them, and got a rant about Pete Johnson and something about his lackies. Is there some polarizing issue there, or is my B&M guy just an angry old man?
