Sad thing is in Washington you can't carry in a bar/resturant that is 21 older so you couldn't even plug it.
I bet if someone did plug it the Fish and Wildlife would get mad at the type of gun used.
This is precisely why deer need to be culled and maintain the carrying capacity of the species.
To me it looks like a Mule Deer, amazing that it went into the bar, and then it is funny because it looks drunk.
